Kootniey Mom

Kootniey is a precious and loveable dog. She is a beautiful female inside and
out. She is extremely sensitive and eager to please.
Just an unhappy expression will serve to correct any inappropriate behavior. Her
tender heart makes her a jewel to treasure. Kootniey
is a large female, 34" at the shoulder, and stands with a very regal appearance.
She carries herself with a gracefulness that deems
her worthy to be a queen to the apollos of dogs. She is extremely agile,
impressively athletic, quite intelligent and noticeably alert.
She loves to play outdoors and enjoys outings on anything motorized. She truly
is a one-of-a-kind dog by any breed's standard. Her maternal instincts are so
profound she even nursed an orphaned deer to its full maturity in 2003. What a
treasure it was for us to get
to know Bambi - our Dane deer - during its brief tenure at the ranch. Kootniey
was such an attentive mother she taught Bambi to wag
its white tail like a dog, bark (more of a bleep), swim and eat dog food
(large breed of course.) After living with Kootniey as her owner
and her friend, we determined to breed Kootniey because of our strong feelings
that a dog with her spirit and of her caliber should be propagated. To our
surprise, she filled her whelping box with seventeen puppies her first litter.
You can see the pictures of her puppies
on the puppies for sale pages. Kootniey is everything we could want in a female
Great Dane - graceful, beautiful, large, loyal, protective, healthy,
intelligent, incredible mom, gentle and honey-dripping sweet. If you are looking
for a puppy, show or pet quality, to be your
friend for life, consider one of Kootniey's pups. She is one of this ranch's
Best Friends.

Kootniey invites you to visit her
2007 Great Dane Puppy Pages
to see what puppies are available for
adoption.
You may add your name to her waiting list by completing a
Great Dane Adoptive Family Application.
Kootniey will be retiring winter 2007. No further breedings will be scheduled.
Congratulations on a job well done, Kootniey. You're the best!
