Return Policy
Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee? What if I am not pleased with my
product?
Mount N diligently works to provide quality products at affordable prices. We
inspect and pack all our orders with care so you can be happy with your purchase
and satisfied with our products. However, we understand items may be damaged,
defective or incorrectly shipped. If this happens, we will gladly replace them.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us for international return policies
before returning any product.
Mount N Return Policy:
1.
Any item received that is defective, incorrect or damaged may be returned within
30 days of receipt. Please return via the U.S. Postal Service. Please send via
Media Mail if item qualifies. A replacement item and reimbursement for the
return postage will be shipped to you.
2.
Any item you are not completely satisfied with will be issued an exchange or
refund of merchandise cost only. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
and received in salable condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Imprinted, personalized or custom ordered items may NOT be returned for
replacement or refund. The only exception is if the imprint, customization or
item is defective.
4. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may ONLY be
returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for
replacement with the same item.
5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy is subject to a
significant restocking fee, at the discretion of Mount N.
6. All
products from Mount N affiliates are subject
to the return policy of the respective affiliate. Mount N
is not responsible for product damages or any other issues or problems that may
occur between you and the affiliate.

How long does it take to get an order replaced?
If you return an item to Mount N, please allow 1–3 weeks for receipt and
processing. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as we receive your return
or exchange. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2–4 weeks
after confirmation of receipt for the new package to arrive at your address.
